Overview

Work alongside the Operations Manager to receive returned/warrantied items and fulfill orders from Luno’s HQ and Outlet Store. This role will be responsible for quality control processes of warrantied and returned goods to Luno. They will handle all goods and orders coming in or out of HQ location. They will be the point person for keeping the Operations area clean and organized and are encouraged to contribute to process improvements and workflow. Along with basic organizational tasks they are expected to run weekly inventory counts and keep an ongoing tally of HQ inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control inspection and testing of warrantied and returned goods. Communicating warranty inspection findings with CS Team, doing any minor repairs needed.
• Responsible for kitting and organization of all goods - sellable, disposable, and repurposable.
• Pack and ship all orders from HQ location.
• Daily reconciliation of received packages from all carriers.
• Organization and overall tidiness of operations area at HQ.
• Inventory reconciliation of HQ inventory. Weekly inventory counts.
• Tagging and order management of Shipstation.
• Report any order issues with Ops Manager and CS Team.
• Reordering of shipping supplies.
• Assists with various tasks assigned by other departments and team members.
• Assist with Rental and In Person sales.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced startup environment.
• Familiar with and proficient in Google Suite (Excel and Word Docs bonus points!).
• Basic packing and shipping experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to
• analyze data and define actionable steps to proactively solve problems
• Good attitude, extremely detail oriented and organized
• Passion for the outdoors and camping is a plus!

Details:

• Part-time | $18/hr
• Flexible schedule
• Onsite in Bend, OR, remote not considered.
