What is your return policy?
We’re happy to take your Luno product off your hands if you aren’t in love with it. Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, you'll just need your original order number and email address associated with your order. Start a return or exchange here.
What is your warranty policy?
All Luno products carry a 3-year warranty for defects in product manufacturing. Luno does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended.
We also offer the option to purchase a lifetime warranty policy at checkout. If you choose to enroll in this extended warranty, your Luno gear is covered for life! This means we will replace your mattress if you run over it, your dog chews through it, you accidentally drop your open pocket knife onto it, or get a new vehicle that requires a different mattress size.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship same-day or next-day. Once shipped, you can typically expect around 3-7 days for an order to arrive. Additionally, please expect slightly longer delivery time estimates for orders to Canada and our Van Window Covers and Screens (which are handmade to order).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer a 2-business day shipping for orders shipping within the continental United States and Canada. You'll be able to select expedited shipping during checkout. Please note that pre-owned gear, upcycled gear, and apparel are not eligible for expedited shipping at this time.
What areas/countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. If you’re shopping in Australia, please shop at our partner Off Grid Adventure Co. Please note that all U.S. orders outside the lower-48 states are final sale, no exceptions. Orders being shipped to Canada ship from British Columbia, which means no customs fees/duties will apply.
I’ve only received part of my order – where is the rest of my gear?
All Luno Mattresses ship in their own package. If you ordered any accessories, they will be shipped in a separate package from your Luno Mattress. Occasionally one part of the order will be delivered a day or two after the first. If you still haven’t received your complete order 3 days after the delivery date of the first package, please reach out to support@lunolife.com – we’ll ensure that you get your full order in your hands as soon as possible!
How do I know if the Luno Mattress fits my vehicle?
Each of our mattress’ website pages contain all of the information you need to see if the mattress is compatible with your vehicle.
If you see a vehicle selector dropdown, just enter your make, model, and year information. If you don’t see your vehicle listed, please contact us and one of our Luno Gear & Camp Pros will be in touch to see if we have a mattress size that will work for your rig!
If you don’t see a vehicle selector dropdown, find the diagrams with dimensions so you can measure out your rig and see which mattress size is best for you!

What size Car Window Screens should I order?
We recommend measuring your windows according to the diagram here to best identify the correct size of window screens for your vehicle!

Does the Luno Mattress account for the slope in my vehicle?
Our Luno Mattress are 4" thick, so it compensates for uneven surfaces (like bumps), but it does not fill gaps or correct slants. The slant you have in your vehicle can be compensated for quite easily.
To help the slope, we recommend the following:
- When camping, park on uneven ground where the nose/front of your vehicle can face down a little, ultimately creating a level surface (this is what I do - it's almost impossible to find a flat space to park so I find this to be a really easy way to level out my mattress!)
- Use blankets to create a level surface in the back area of your vehicle for the mattress to lay on top of
- Build a level platform (if you're really looking to go all out)! YouTube can be a great resource for this if you're looking to DIY.
What type of discounts do you offer?
We offer military, teacher, first responder, healthcare worker, and outdoor industry employee discounts. Please submit an application here with proof of full-time employment dated within the last 30 days. All applications are reviewed within 7 business days. You will receive an email once your application is approved or denied.
To shop the discount (once approved), simply login to lunolife.com with the username and password you used to submit your application! All eligible gear will automatically have the discount applied.
Lifetime warranties, carbon offsets, pre-owned gear, and ReRoam products are excluded from the discount. This program is only valid within the US and Canada, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

All Luno products carry a 365-day warranty for defects in product manufacturing. If you purchased a lifetime warranty policy at the time of the original purchase, we’ll replace your gear after our 365-day warranty policy expires. If you believe your product may be replaceable under warranty, please fill out a warranty application for your mattress or accessory:
