Project Re_Roam is Luno’s upcycling program that takes returned or imperfect mattresses and gives them a second life as new camping gear. Working with local partners in Bend, Oregon, these materials are disassembled, repurposed, and reconstructed into functional outdoor products. The result is a product line made from high percentages of recovered material, designed to reduce waste while maintaining durability and real-world performance for outdoor use.

Luno Upcycled Gear is not vehicle-specific and is designed for flexible use across camping, travel, and everyday outdoor life.

Each product in the Upcycled Gear collection is made using materials recovered from Luno mattresses that did not meet production or return standards. These materials are carefully sorted and repurposed into new forms.
