Yes and No. The mattress will fit in most cars because it’s smaller. The base extender, on the other hand, is specifically designed for the front row seating of vans.

We love our front cab air mattress. Very firm and comfortable. Fits me and I’m 5’5”.
I admit to low expectations of this mattress. Turned out the quality was better than expected. The material was very sturdy but not harsh. By the time you have both parts inflated, you end up with a reasonable flat, firm mattress. My 9 YO slept great on it. The steering wheel limits (obviously) the space for feet, but this solution is way better than brining a tent along, or using the Cabbunk.
