Warranty, Returns, & Repairs

Warranty

All Luno Life products carry a 365-day warranty for defects in product manufacturing. A warranty is granted to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Luno Life does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Luno Life. 

If you believe your product may be replaceable under warranty, please email support@lunolife.com. Luno Life will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge for shipments within the United States. Return shipping and shipment insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note: processing of warranty claims can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the time of year.

 

Returns and Refunds

We’re happy to take your Luno Life product off your hands if you aren’t in love with it. Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (not including shipping charges).

We require a Return Authorization for all products that make their way back to us. Contact us at returns@lunolife.com with your order number and proof of purchase to request a Return Authorization.

Luno Life does not cover original shipping charges or return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact your mail carrier about search and rescue if your package goes MIA during its journey back to us. Luno Life is not liable for returns lost in transit or misdelivered.

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:

  • Orders/items are refused upon delivery
  • Returns are made without authorization
  • Returns are made past the 30-day return window (if subject to be accepted for a return)
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Luno Life reserves the right to apply a 20% refund reduction for items which are returned in less than ideal condition or are the result of excessive wear and tear within normal use. Please keep in mind all replacement part sales placed with our Consumer Services Department are final.

All shipping refunds will be governed by Luno Life’s Shipping Terms. Luno Life will not be responsible for shipping costs which are not covered by the Shipping Terms.

Repairs

Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents can usually be repaired with the included repair patch or, in some cases, may require additional treatment. We are happy to support you in troubleshooting a repair. If you experience a problem that you are not able to repair, we are able to repair certain damages for a fair rate.
