OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR BE SELECTED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF SELECTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the Luno New Zealand Creator Expedition Contest (“Contest”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Luno, Inc., which are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by:

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform through which it may be promoted.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 15, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry:

• Are at least twenty-three years old;

• Have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence;

• Possess a valid United States driver’s license that will remain valid through the anticipated travel period;

• Are legally and contractually eligible to rent and operate a motor vehicle in New Zealand;

• Have a driving record acceptable to Sponsor, Sponsor’s insurer, and the applicable rental-car provider;

• Possess a passport that will satisfy all applicable validity requirements for travel to and admission into New Zealand, or can obtain one by Sponsor’s stated deadline;

• Are legally eligible and able to obtain all visas, New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority approvals, entry permissions, transit authorizations, and other documents necessary for the trip;

• Are legally permitted and physically able to travel internationally;

• Are available and willing to travel to New Zealand during an anticipated travel window in February 2027, on exact dates determined by Sponsor;

• Are able and willing to drive in New Zealand and comply with New Zealand traffic laws, rental-car terms, insurance requirements, and driving conditions;

• Are willing to participate in outdoor recreation, vehicle-based travel, camping, hiking or backpacking, product testing, photography, video production, interviews, and related campaign activities;

• Are willing to create and deliver content and grant Sponsor usage rights under a separate written creator agreement;

• Are willing to sign Sponsor’s eligibility, publicity, content, intellectual-property, confidentiality, travel, conduct, assumption-of-risk, and liability documents; and

• Meet any additional reasonable eligibility, safety, insurance, travel, production, or brand-suitability requirements communicated by Sponsor during the selection and verification process.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, production partners, travel providers, and promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

“Immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren, including step-relations.

The Contest is void outside the fifty United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, an eligible entrant must visit the official Contest entry page and:

• Complete and submit all required entry fields;

• Provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information;

• Upload or submit a video responding to the prompt describing what adventure means to the entrant;

• Confirm availability and willingness to travel during the anticipated February 2027 travel window;

• Confirm eligibility and willingness to drive and rent a vehicle in New Zealand;

• Confirm that the entrant has read and accepts these Official Rules; and

• Complete any other required entry steps displayed on the entry page.

There is a limit of one entry per person.

Duplicate, automated, incomplete, corrupted, late, misdirected, inaccessible, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed uploads, interrupted internet connections, incompatible file formats, technical failures, platform outages, lost or corrupted files, or entries that Sponsor does not receive or cannot reasonably access.

5. Submission Requirements

The entrant’s video and all accompanying entry materials are collectively referred to as the “Submission.”

Each Submission must:

• Be created by the entrant and reflect the entrant’s original work, ideas, personality, voice, and experiences;

• Truthfully and accurately represent the entrant;

• Comply with any duration, format, orientation, file-size, or technical requirements displayed on the entry page;

• Be suitable for a general audience;

• Not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate content;

• Not promote unsafe conduct, illegal activity, substance abuse, or conduct reasonably likely to cause harm or damage Sponsor’s reputation;

• Not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other right belonging to another person or entity;

• Not include music, footage, photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, private property, or other third-party material unless the entrant possesses all permissions necessary for the uses permitted under these Official Rules;

• Not prominently feature another identifiable person unless that person has authorized their appearance and the entrant can provide a signed release upon request;

• Not disclose confidential, proprietary, private, or personally sensitive information;

• Not falsely suggest that Sponsor or another organization has endorsed the entrant or Submission;

• Not use artificial intelligence, synthetic media, voice cloning, face replacement, deceptive filters, undisclosed digital manipulation, or misleading editing in a manner that materially misrepresents the entrant’s identity, appearance, voice, personality, experiences, abilities, authorship, or qualifications;

• Not be generated predominantly by artificial intelligence or another person in place of the entrant’s authentic participation; and

• Comply with applicable laws and the terms of any platform used to create, upload, or submit it.

Ordinary editing tools used for color correction, sound enhancement, captioning, trimming, stabilization, or similar production purposes are permitted, provided they do not materially misrepresent the entrant or the content of the Submission.

Sponsor may disqualify or decline to consider any Submission that Sponsor determines does not comply with these requirements or is inconsistent with Sponsor’s values, campaign objectives, safety standards, audience, or public image.

Sponsor is not required to notify an entrant before disqualifying a Submission.

6. Judging and Selection

This is a skill-based, judged Contest. The selected creator will not be chosen at random.

Eligible Submissions may be evaluated by Sponsor and judges or advisers selected by Sponsor. Evaluation may include:

• Creativity and originality;

• Authenticity and storytelling;

• On-camera presence and communication ability;

• Quality and thoughtfulness of the Submission;

• Relevance to the Contest prompt;

• Demonstrated interest in adventure, outdoor recreation, travel, vehicle-based camping, or related activities;

• Alignment with Luno’s brand, values, audience, voice, and campaign objectives;

• Ability to produce compelling photographs, videos, and social content;

• Professionalism and ability to collaborate with Sponsor’s team;

• Ability to safely and responsibly participate in the trip;

• Availability, responsiveness, and ability to satisfy production and travel requirements;

• The entrant’s existing public-facing content, social media, portfolio, prior work, or professional experience, if applicable;

• Driving eligibility and suitability for the planned rental-car arrangements; and

• Overall suitability for the product, itinerary, campaign, production team, and intended audience.

The judging factors are not necessarily weighted equally. Judging is inherently subjective, and Sponsor retains broad discretion to select the entrant Sponsor determines is the strongest overall fit.

Sponsor may consider information contained in the Submission, follow-up interviews, additional materials supplied by the entrant, references, and publicly available professional or social-media information reasonably relevant to eligibility, safety, professionalism, and brand suitability.

Sponsor may select semifinalists or finalists, conduct interviews, request additional materials, and require reasonable eligibility, identity, driving, travel, safety, and background verification.

Sponsor may, in its discretion:

• Select the entrant Sponsor believes is the best overall fit;

• Select an alternate entrant;

• Decline to select any entrant if no entrant is considered sufficiently suitable;

• Reconsider or rescind a conditional selection before travel;

• Resolve a tie using any one or more judging factors;

• Extend the evaluation or verification period;

• Modify the selection process when reasonably necessary;

• Select an alternate if the initially selected entrant fails to comply with any requirement; and

• Cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify the trip or campaign due to safety concerns, weather, travel restrictions, production needs, governmental actions, business conditions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The entrant receiving the highest preliminary score is not automatically entitled to be selected. Sponsor may consider the totality of the circumstances and may decline to select or confirm an entrant who does not satisfy Sponsor’s contracting, safety, travel, driving, insurance, conduct, production, responsiveness, or brand-suitability requirements.

All judging and selection decisions are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Finalist Verification

Potential finalists may be required to participate in interviews and provide information or documentation including:

• Legal name, age, address, and contact information;

• Government-issued identification;

• Proof of United States residency;

• Passport information;

• Driver’s-license information;

• Proof of insurability or information required by a rental-car provider;

• Driving history or consent to a lawful motor-vehicle-record check;

• Confirmation of travel availability;

• Portfolio or social-media information;

• References;

• Emergency contact information;

• Accessibility, dietary, medical, or safety information reasonably necessary to plan the trip; and

• Other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or administer the trip.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor may require a potential finalist to consent to a lawful background, public-record, driving-record, or publicly available social-media review.

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant based on information Sponsor reasonably determines could:

• Create a material safety or insurance risk;

• Prevent the entrant from driving or renting the required vehicle;

• Prevent or materially interfere with international travel;

• Disrupt the trip or production;

• Violate Sponsor’s standards or contractual requirements; or

• Create a material legal, operational, or reputational risk.

False, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information may result in immediate disqualification.

8. Notification, Seven-Day Response Period, and Forfeiture

The potential selected creator will be notified by email using the email address supplied with the entry.

The potential selected creator must respond to Sponsor’s notification and provide any initially requested confirmation or documentation within seven calendar days after the notification email is sent, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing.

The entrant is responsible for monitoring their inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and other email filters.

If the potential selected creator:

• Does not respond within seven calendar days;

• Cannot be reached using the contact information supplied;

• Declines the opportunity;

• Does not provide requested documentation by Sponsor’s deadline;

• Cannot verify eligibility;

• Is unable or unwilling to travel on Sponsor’s selected dates;

• Is unable to obtain required travel documents or governmental authorization;

• Is unable to satisfy rental-car, driving, or insurance requirements;

• Does not execute Sponsor’s required agreements;

• Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information; or

• Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential selected creator will forfeit the opportunity and will have no claim against Sponsor arising from that forfeiture.

Following a forfeiture or disqualification, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion:

• Select another entrant using the same or substantially similar judging criteria;

• Return to a previously identified finalist;

• Conduct additional judging;

• Extend an offer to an alternate entrant; or

• Decline to select another creator.

Sponsor is not required to select an alternate.

A potential selected creator is not officially confirmed until Sponsor has completed all verification and both Sponsor and the creator have executed all required agreements.

9. Required Agreements

Before being confirmed, the potential selected creator may be required to sign and return:

• An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;

• A liability and publicity release;

• A travel participation and assumption-of-risk agreement;

• A content-creation and intellectual-property agreement;

• A confidentiality and product-embargo agreement;

• A creator-services or independent-contractor agreement;

• A code of conduct;

• Motor-vehicle and rental-car acknowledgments;

• Medical and emergency information forms;

• Tax documentation; and

• Other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, its insurer, production partners, travel providers, or rental-car provider.

If Sponsor and the potential selected creator do not execute the final creator agreement by Sponsor’s deadline, Sponsor may withdraw the conditional selection and choose an alternate without liability or further obligation to that entrant.

10. Anticipated Trip and Covered Expenses

Sponsor anticipates selecting one creator to participate in a trip to New Zealand during an anticipated travel window in February 2027, on exact dates determined by Sponsor.

The exact travel dates, trip duration, itinerary, destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, product-testing schedule, production schedule, and deliverables will be determined by Sponsor and may be adjusted as reasonably necessary.

Subject to the final itinerary, booking terms, and creator agreement, Sponsor anticipates covering the following reasonable travel expenses:

• Round-trip economy-class commercial airfare from a major United States airport selected or approved by Sponsor;

• Standard airline booking charges and mandatory fees associated with the Sponsor-booked itinerary;

• Checked baggage or equipment fees approved in advance by Sponsor;

• Lodging selected and booked by Sponsor;

• Rental-car charges for the vehicle selected by Sponsor;

• Rental-car insurance or protection selected by Sponsor;

• Reasonable fuel expenses for the approved rental vehicle during the official itinerary;

• Transportation within New Zealand included in or reasonably necessary for the official itinerary;

• Fees for activities required by Sponsor as part of the official itinerary;

• Travel insurance selected or approved by Sponsor;

• Reasonable visa, NZeTA, International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy, or similar required governmental travel-authorization fees approved in advance by Sponsor; and

• A food credit of up to five hundred United States dollars total for the trip.

Sponsor may provide the food credit through reimbursement, prepaid card, stipend, direct payment, or another method selected by Sponsor. Receipts may be required.

The $500 food credit is a maximum allowance, not a guaranteed cash payment. Any unused portion will not be paid to the creator unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

Food, beverages, room service, tips, and other meal-related expenses exceeding the $500 food credit will be the creator’s sole responsibility.

Expenses Not Covered

Unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Sponsor will not cover:

• Transportation between the creator’s residence and the selected departure airport;

• Airport parking in the United States;

• Hotels or meals required to reach the departure airport;

• Passport application, renewal, replacement, or expedited-processing expenses;

• Optional airline upgrades;

• Seat-selection upgrades;

• Airline lounge access;

• Personal itinerary changes;

• Additional or overweight baggage not approved in advance;

• Personal travel before, after, or outside the official itinerary;

• Additional insurance selected independently by the creator;

• Medical treatment, medication, vaccinations, testing, or other healthcare expenses;

• Alcohol;

• Personal purchases;

• Souvenirs;

• Entertainment outside the official itinerary;

• Phone, roaming, internet, laundry, or room-service charges;

• Traffic citations, parking violations, toll penalties, towing charges, or rental-car charges arising from the creator’s misconduct or breach of the rental agreement;

• Expenses incurred by a guest or companion;

• Expenses caused by missed flights, late arrival, failure to comply with the itinerary, or failure to possess required documents;

• Taxes associated with the trip, opportunity, products, or compensation; or

• Any other expense not expressly identified as covered.

All travel arrangements must be booked or approved by Sponsor. Expenses incurred without prior written approval may be denied.

The selected creator may not substitute, transfer, assign, sell, or redeem the trip for cash. Sponsor may substitute travel, transportation, lodging, activities, vehicles, products, or other components with alternatives of reasonably comparable value when necessary.

No guest or travel companion is included unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

11. Immigration, Visa, NZeTA, and Border Admission

The selected creator is solely responsible for determining and satisfying all legal requirements necessary to depart the United States, travel to New Zealand, enter New Zealand, participate in the trip, and return to the United States.

These requirements may include:

• A valid passport;

• A visitor visa;

• An approved NZeTA;

• Payment of required governmental levies;

• Proof of onward travel;

• Proof of sufficient funds;

• Customs or biosecurity declarations;

• Health documentation;

• Entry permission;

• Transit authorization; and

• Any other documents or approvals required by an airline, transit country, or governmental authority.

Sponsor may pay or reimburse approved application fees, but Sponsor:

• Does not prepare, control, decide, or guarantee any visa, NZeTA, immigration, border, customs, transit, or admission application;

• Does not guarantee that an application will be approved;

• Does not guarantee that an approved visa, NZeTA, or other authorization will result in boarding, transit, entry, or admission;

• Is not responsible for governmental processing times, delays, denials, cancellations, revocations, errors, policy changes, or border decisions; and

• Is not responsible for an entrant’s inability to travel because of citizenship, immigration history, criminal history, prior travel, passport condition, inaccurate application, incomplete documentation, governmental decision, or other personal circumstance.

If the selected creator is denied a visa, NZeTA, boarding, transit authorization, entry, or admission into New Zealand, or otherwise becomes unable to travel lawfully, Sponsor will have no obligation to:

• Challenge or appeal the decision;

• Provide immigration or legal assistance;

• Reschedule the trip;

• Offer substitute travel;

• Provide cash compensation;

• Reimburse personal losses or expenses;

• Provide another prize or opportunity; or

• Continue holding the opportunity open for the selected creator.

Sponsor may, in its discretion, reimburse an approved governmental application fee already incurred but will have no further responsibility arising from the denial.

A denial, delay, failure to apply on time, failure to provide required information, or inability to satisfy immigration, transit, or entry requirements may result in immediate forfeiture. Sponsor may then select an alternate entrant at its discretion.

The selected creator should not incur personal travel costs or make nonrefundable arrangements unless Sponsor provides prior written authorization.

12. Rental Car and Driving Requirements

Because the anticipated trip includes a rental vehicle, the selected creator must:

• Be at least twenty-three years old;

• Hold a valid driver’s license acceptable in New Zealand;

• Satisfy the rental-car provider’s age, identity, payment, license, and driving-history requirements;

• Be accepted as an authorized driver by the rental-car provider;

• Comply with all rental terms and applicable New Zealand driving laws;

• Drive only while properly licensed, rested, unimpaired, and legally permitted;

• Not allow an unauthorized person to operate the vehicle;

• Not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, controlled substances, impairing medication, or any other intoxicant;

• Use the vehicle only on roads and in locations permitted by the rental agreement;

• Promptly report accidents, damage, citations, or mechanical problems; and

• Follow reasonable driving and safety instructions from Sponsor and its partners.

Sponsor does not guarantee that a rental-car provider will approve a particular entrant.

If the potential selected creator cannot satisfy the rental provider’s requirements, cannot be insured on commercially reasonable terms, or has a driving history Sponsor reasonably considers unsuitable, the entrant may be disqualified and the opportunity forfeited.

The selected creator may be personally responsible for damage, fines, costs, deductibles, or losses arising from unlawful conduct, reckless driving, unauthorized use, excluded use, intentional misconduct, material breach of the rental agreement, or operation while impaired.

13. Health, Fitness, Accommodations, and Medical Emergencies

The selected creator represents that they are physically and medically capable of participating safely in the planned travel, camping, hiking or backpacking, driving, product testing, filming, and outdoor activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The selected creator must disclose to Sponsor, within a reasonable time after conditional selection, any accommodation, dietary need, allergy, mobility consideration, medical restriction, or other circumstance reasonably necessary for Sponsor to plan the trip safely.

Disclosure of a disability or request for a reasonable accommodation will not automatically result in disqualification. Sponsor will consider reasonable accommodations consistent with the essential requirements of the trip, available resources, safety considerations, insurance restrictions, and the nature of the planned activities.

The selected creator is not required to disclose medical information that is unrelated to safe participation or reasonable trip planning.

The selected creator is responsible for:

• Bringing and properly managing required medications and medical devices;

• Following the advice of their healthcare providers;

• Determining whether international travel and the planned activities are appropriate for them;

• Obtaining any recommended medical evaluation, medication, vaccination, or treatment; and

• Informing Sponsor promptly if a material change may affect safe participation.

In an emergency, Sponsor, its representatives, guides, production partners, or travel providers may contact emergency services and seek or authorize emergency medical care when reasonably believed necessary, particularly when the selected creator is unable to provide informed consent.

Sponsor does not guarantee the availability, quality, location, timing, or outcome of medical care.

The selected creator is responsible for all medical, evacuation, medication, treatment, deductible, copayment, transportation, and related expenses not paid by Sponsor-provided insurance.

14. Travel Insurance

Sponsor anticipates obtaining or reimbursing the cost of a travel-insurance policy selected or approved by Sponsor.

Any insurance coverage will be subject to the insurer’s:

• Terms and conditions;

• Eligibility requirements;

• Coverage limits;

• Deductibles and copayments;

• Exclusions;

• Documentation requirements;

• Claim-filing deadlines; and

• Independent claim decisions.

Sponsor is not an insurer and does not guarantee that any loss, illness, injury, cancellation, delay, evacuation, property damage, or other event will be covered or that any claim will be approved or paid.

The selected creator is responsible for reviewing the policy and may purchase supplemental insurance at their own expense.

Sponsor will not be responsible for expenses, losses, or claims that are excluded, exceed policy limits, are denied by the insurer, or result from the selected creator’s failure to comply with the policy.

15. Weather, Itinerary Changes, and Travel Interruptions

Travel dates, airlines, routes, lodging, campsites, filming locations, activities, vehicle type, product-testing schedule, and itinerary are subject to availability and change.

Sponsor may postpone, shorten, extend, relocate, modify, replace, or cancel any portion of the trip due to:

• Weather or unsafe outdoor conditions;

• Natural disaster;

• Wildfire;

• Earthquake;

• Flooding;

• Public-health conditions;

• Government restrictions;

• Airline or transportation disruption;

• Border or immigration changes;

• Civil unrest;

• War or terrorism;

• Labor disputes;

• Safety concerns;

• Product delays or product changes;

• Production requirements;

• Insurance availability;

• Road closures;

• Campsite or permit availability;

• Business conditions; or

• Other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Activities, campsites, routes, accommodations, transportation methods, filming locations, filming times, and production schedules may change because of weather or other conditions.

Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the anticipated experience but does not guarantee any particular itinerary, activity, campsite, vehicle, destination, filming condition, product configuration, or product-testing opportunity.

If Sponsor cancels the trip entirely before departure, Sponsor may, in its discretion:

• Reschedule the trip;

• Offer a modified or relocated experience;

• Offer a comparable substitute opportunity;

• Arrange an alternate product-testing or content-production experience; or

• Terminate the Contest or selected creator opportunity without providing a cash alternative.

Sponsor will not be responsible for consequential or personal losses arising from a modification, postponement, substitution, or cancellation, including lost income, independently booked travel, personal equipment purchases, or other costs not expressly approved by Sponsor.

16. Product Delays, Prototypes, and Substitution

The product intended for testing may be a prototype, pre-production sample, development unit, modified product, or product that is not yet commercially available.

Sponsor does not guarantee that the anticipated product will be completed, delivered, approved, or available in its originally planned form or on its originally planned timeline.

If the anticipated product is delayed, redesigned, modified, unavailable, unsuitable, unsafe, or otherwise cannot reasonably be used during the trip, Sponsor may, in its discretion:

• Provide a pre-production sample;

• Provide a modified prototype;

• Provide an alternate version of the product;

• Substitute another Luno product;

• Substitute a comparable product-testing assignment;

• Modify the planned content or activities;

• Provide another comparable campaign or production experience; or

• Proceed with the trip without the originally anticipated product.

A product substitution, modification, redesign, delay, or cancellation will not entitle the selected creator to cash compensation or another prize.

The creator may not rely on prototype features, performance, appearance, materials, packaging, pricing, or specifications as representative of the final commercial product.

17. Prototype Confidentiality and Embargo

The selected creator may receive access to confidential or nonpublic information, including prototypes, product designs, materials, features, pricing, specifications, packaging, testing results, manufacturing details, launch plans, campaign materials, or release dates.

Unless Sponsor provides prior written authorization, the selected creator may not:

• Publicly reveal, display, describe, publish, post, livestream, distribute, or discuss unreleased product information;

• Disclose product features, pricing, specifications, launch dates, performance results, or design details;

• Share behind-the-scenes production information;

• Provide confidential materials or information to another person;

• Publish content before Sponsor’s approved release date;

• Permit unauthorized photography, filming, copying, testing, or access; or

• Use confidential information for any purpose outside the campaign.

Sponsor may require that content be submitted for confidentiality and embargo review before publication.

Confidentiality, content-security, return-of-materials, embargo, and enforcement obligations will be further addressed in the separate creator agreement.

18. Drone Use

The selected creator may not bring, operate, launch, or arrange for the operation of a drone during the trip without Sponsor’s prior written approval.

Any approved drone operation must:

• Comply with all applicable New Zealand aviation laws, airspace requirements, local restrictions, landowner permissions, privacy laws, conservation rules, and permit conditions;

• Comply with Sponsor’s instructions and production safety requirements;

• Be conducted only by an appropriately qualified and legally authorized operator;

• Be covered by any insurance reasonably required by Sponsor;

• Avoid interference with people, wildlife, vehicles, aircraft, private property, or protected areas; and

• Cease immediately upon Sponsor’s request.

Sponsor may prohibit or restrict drone use at any time for safety, weather, permitting, privacy, land-access, cultural, environmental, insurance, or production reasons.

Unless Sponsor expressly assumes responsibility in writing, the creator is responsible for obtaining required registrations, permissions, qualifications, authorizations, and permits associated with any creator-supplied drone.

The creator may be responsible for fines, claims, property damage, injury, equipment loss, or other costs arising from unauthorized, negligent, unlawful, or prohibited drone operation.

19. Creator Obligations and Deliverables

The selected creator will be required to enter into a separate written creator agreement before travel is booked.

The creator agreement may specify:

• Required photographs, videos, interviews, social posts, written feedback, testimonials, and other deliverables;

• Content formats, quantities, lengths, dimensions, technical requirements, and deadlines;

• Product-testing responsibilities;

• Participation in Sponsor-directed filming and production;

• Raw-footage and source-file delivery requirements;

• Sponsor review and approval rights;

• Required corrections, revisions, or reshoots;

• Publication timing and campaign schedules;

• Usage-rights duration, media, and territory;

• Organic social, website, email, retail, public-relations, marketplace, and paid-advertising usage;

• Editing, cropping, subtitling, adaptation, translation, and derivative-work rights;

• Name, image, likeness, voice, biography, and social-handle rights;

• Paid-media amplification, allowlisting, or platform authorization;

• Exclusivity or competitive-brand restrictions;

• Confidentiality and product-launch embargoes;

• Required advertising disclosures;

• Ownership and licensing of content and production assets;

• Any creator fee or additional compensation;

• Cancellation and termination rights;

• Conduct and morals provisions; and

• Remedies for failure to deliver agreed content.

The selected creator must provide honest opinions and will not be required to make a statement they know is false.

Sponsor may decide not to publish or use content that does not meet the campaign’s production, legal, factual, safety, disclosure, confidentiality, or brand requirements.

Selection through the Contest does not itself create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or independent-contractor status. Any creator-services relationship will begin only upon execution of the separate creator agreement.

20. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Entry Submissions

Entrants retain ownership of their original Submissions, subject to the rights granted in these Official Rules.

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, contractors, judges, licensees, successors, and assigns a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, copy, reproduce, store, internally share, display, review, evaluate, archive, and otherwise use the Submission for purposes of administering, judging, documenting, and promoting the Contest.

Sponsor may use an entrant’s name, social-media handle, likeness, voice, state of residence, biographical information, and excerpts from the Submission to identify finalists or announce the selected creator, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not obligated to use, publish, return, or retain any Submission.

Content Created During the Trip

The ownership and usage rights for photographs, videos, audio, written materials, raw footage, social content, interviews, product feedback, and other assets created during or in connection with the trip will be governed by the separate creator agreement.

That agreement may provide that:

• The creator retains ownership of specified creator-produced deliverables while granting Sponsor a broad license;

• Sponsor owns specified work commissioned or produced by Sponsor;

• Sponsor owns footage captured by Sponsor’s employees, contractors, or production partners;

• Sponsor receives raw files, project files, or source assets;

• Sponsor may edit, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, advertise, adapt, translate, crop, combine, and create derivative works from covered assets;

• Sponsor may use covered assets in organic and paid media;

• Sponsor may sublicense covered rights to its affiliates, retailers, agencies, media partners, and service providers; and

• Sponsor may use the creator’s approved name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information in connection with the covered assets.

No commercial usage rights beyond those stated in these Official Rules will arise until the creator agreement is executed.

Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may already be developing, may have previously developed, or may later develop ideas, campaigns, products, or materials similar to an entrant’s Submission. Entry does not restrict Sponsor’s independent development or use of such materials.

21. Advertising Disclosures

The selected creator must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with Sponsor in all applicable public content.

Sponsor may require disclosures such as:

• “Sponsored by Luno”;

• “Paid partnership with Luno”;

• “Trip provided by Luno”;

• “Ad”; or

• Another disclosure reasonably appropriate to the content and platform.

The creator must comply with applicable advertising laws, platform rules, and Sponsor’s disclosure instructions.

The creator may not make claims about Sponsor or its products that are false, misleading, unsupported, or inconsistent with the creator’s actual experience.

Sponsor may require the creator to correct, remove, or modify a disclosure or claim that Sponsor reasonably determines is inadequate, inaccurate, misleading, or noncompliant.

22. Conduct and Removal

The selected creator must act professionally and must not engage in conduct that is:

• Illegal;

• Dangerous;

• Reckless;

• Abusive;

• Threatening;

• Harassing;

• Discriminatory;

• Sexually inappropriate;

• Destructive;

• Materially disruptive;

• Inconsistent with reasonable safety instructions; or

• Reasonably likely to expose Sponsor or another person to material legal, physical, operational, or reputational harm.

Sponsor may remove the creator from an activity, terminate participation, end travel support, arrange an early return, or terminate the creator agreement if Sponsor reasonably determines that the creator has violated these requirements or created a material safety, legal, production, or operational risk.

The creator may be responsible for additional costs resulting from misconduct, unauthorized itinerary changes, property damage, unlawful activity, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

23. Assumption of Risk

International travel, driving in a foreign country, camping, hiking or backpacking, outdoor recreation, filming, and product testing involve known and unknown risks, including:

• Vehicle accidents;

• Unfamiliar traffic rules and road conditions;

• Severe or rapidly changing weather;

• Illness or infection;

• Wildlife;

• Water hazards;

• Hiking, camping, and terrain hazards;

• Slips, trips, and falls;

• Equipment or product failure;

• Remote locations;

• Limited medical access;

• Flight or transportation interruptions;

• Natural disasters; and

• Other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.

The selected creator may be required to acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks as a condition of participation.

Sponsor may restrict or terminate participation in any activity when Sponsor or its partners determine that continued participation may be unsafe.

24. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Contest may be used to:

• Administer and judge the Contest;

• Communicate with entrants;

• Verify eligibility;

• Conduct permitted screening;

• Arrange travel, insurance, production, and vehicle rental;

• Satisfy legal and tax obligations;

• Protect Sponsor and other participants; and

• Carry out the purposes described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Information may be shared with Sponsor’s judges, agencies, travel providers, airlines, insurers, rental-car providers, production partners, screening vendors, accountants, attorneys, and other parties reasonably necessary to administer the Contest and trip.

Marketing consent must be presented separately and is not required to enter or be selected.

25. Taxes

The selected creator is solely responsible for federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with the fair-market value of the trip, products, creator compensation, food credit, or other benefits received.

Sponsor may require the selected creator to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation.

Sponsor does not provide legal, immigration, accounting, or tax advice.

26. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, insurers, travel providers, airlines, rental-car providers, production partners, social-media platforms, and each of their officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

• Participation in the Contest;

• Preparation or submission of a Submission;

• Inability to obtain a passport, visa, NZeTA, entry authorization, transit authorization, or border admission;

• Governmental delay, denial, cancellation, or revocation;

• Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or taxation of the trip or opportunity;

• International travel;

• Driving or riding in a motor vehicle;

• Product or prototype testing;

• Outdoor activities;

• Drone operation;

• Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage;

• Medical treatment or emergency response;

• Travel cancellation, delay, interruption, modification, or substitution;

• Insurance exclusions, limitations, or claim denials;

• Lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen property;

• Violation of third-party rights;

• Unauthorized third-party use of a Submission; or

• Sponsor’s permitted exercise of rights granted under these Official Rules.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived or released.

Sponsor is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, insolvency, cancellations, or failures of airlines, governmental authorities, border agencies, lodging providers, insurers, rental-car companies, medical providers, activity providers, or other independent third parties.

27. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules;

• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry or judging process;

• Uses automated, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent methods;

• Supplies false or misleading information;

• Harasses Sponsor, another entrant, or a member of the public;

• Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest;

• Fails to satisfy eligibility, safety, driving, travel, confidentiality, or contracting requirements; or

• Engages in conduct inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand, campaign, or safety standards.

Sponsor may suspend, cancel, extend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions, travel disruption, force majeure, safety concerns, product delays, production changes, or other circumstances impair the integrity, feasibility, administration, or safety of the Contest or trip.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision will not waive that provision.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Headings are included for convenience and will not affect interpretation.

In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and abbreviated Contest information appearing in advertising, social posts, emails, or the entry page, these Official Rules will control.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and all disputes arising from the Contest will be governed by Oregon law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Legal proceedings must be brought individually, and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action, in a state or federal court serving Deschutes County, Oregon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, and indirect damages and waive any right to multiply or increase damages.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Selected Creator Announcement

The selected creator may be publicly announced only after eligibility verification and execution of all required agreements.

To request the name of the selected creator following the announcement, send a written request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
