Luno Reviews Campaign — Terms & Conditions

Campaign Dates: December 16–31, 2025

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or older who submit a qualifying product review with a photo on lunolife.com during the campaign period.

  • Reviews must be authentic, original, and based on your actual experience with the product and include a photo.

  • One gift card per person, regardless of the number of reviews submitted.

2. How to Participate

  • Leave a review on any Luno product between December 16–31, 2025.

  • Only reviews submitted through lunolife.com’s official review system (Okendo) qualify. Must submit a photo with the review to qualify. 

  • Spam, duplicate, or inappropriate reviews do not qualify and may be removed at Luno’s discretion.

3. Reward Details

  • Participants who submit a qualifying review will receive a $10 Luno digital gift card.

  • Gift cards will be delivered to the email address associated with the review.

  • Distribution schedule:

    • Reviews submitted December 16–18: Gift cards emailed December 19, 2025

    • Reviews submitted December 19–31: Gift cards emailed January 2, 2026

4. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be redeemed on lunolife.com.

  • Standard gift card terms and expiration policies apply.

5. Additional Notes

  • Luno reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

  • Luno may disqualify participants who violate these Terms & Conditions or submit fraudulent reviews.
