OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Luno, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household as an employee are not eligible to participate.

2. ENTRY PERIOD
The promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the Luno website and submit an entry through the pop-up giveaway form. Each person is allowed one entry per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 Luno Gift Card. The gift card has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used toward the purchase of products on lunolife.com. The gift card expires one (1) year from the date of issuance. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty, guarantee, or additional compensation.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Luno will contact the winner via the email address provided in their entry form within seven (7) days of the Promotion Period end date. The winner has five (5) days from the date of initial contact to respond and confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Luno may, at its sole discretion, forfeit the prize or select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Once a winner has been confirmed and has accepted the prize, the $500 Luno Gift Card will be delivered via email within fourteen (14) business days.

7. DISQUALIFICATION
Luno reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules
- Engages in any form of fraud or deception
- Submits multiple entries
- Is ineligible under Section 1
- Violates any applicable law or regulation

8. DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform on which it may be promoted. The entrant is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to prize receipt and use.

9. PRIVACY
By entering this promotion, you consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Personal information collected through this promotion will be used in accordance with Luno's Privacy Policy.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Luno is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries
- Technical errors in the entry process or website
- Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants
- Any injury or damage that may occur from participation in this promotion

11. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Luno reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This promotion is void in any location where it is prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bend, Oregon.
