1) File a Claim
If your covered item gets damaged, reach out to our team with your order info and a few photos of the issue.

2) Send It Back
We’ll help you return the original item so we can process your replacement.

3) Get Back Out There
Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement so you can get back to camping, road tripping, and sleeping under the stars.

Every Luno product already comes backed by a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll repair or replace it. But camping gear doesn’t usually fail in a warehouse.

It fails because:

• Your dog jumped in with muddy paws and sharp nails
• A stove tipped over
• You packed in a hurry
• Something snagged, punctured, spilled, cracked, or ripped on the road
  

And that’s where the Lifetime Warranty comes in.

Our optional Lifetime Warranty goes beyond manufacturing defects and covers the kind of damage that actually happens during adventure use — including accidents, punctures, pet damage, and everyday wear from the road.
