Giving Gear Another Life

Meet Project ReRoam, our line of upcycled gear. We focus on transforming deadstock mattresses and excess materials into practical, long-lasting, car camping accessories. $1 from each ReRoam purchase goes to Oregon Adaptive Sports.

Small Batch Supply

  • Small Batch By Design

Luno prides itself on making gear that lasts. We like to say our mattresses are made from lifeproof material—which means there aren’t many defective or returned mattresses to work with. When we do have material available, we find a new use for it.

Because ReRoam starts with materials that already exist, every release is made in small, limited batches based on what we’re able to recover. It’s a simple way to give high-quality materials a second life, keeping them out of the landfill and back out in the wild with campers like you.

Made in Bend, OR + Guangzhou, China

Depending on the product and materials available, ReRoam pieces are handmade at Luno HQ in Bend, produced by our local partner Tailgate Industries, or made with our manufacturing partners in Guangzhou, China. Each piece is created from reclaimed Luno materials that would otherwise go to waste.
