OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Australia & New Zealand)

1. PROMOTER
Luno Life Inc. ("Promoter") is conducting this promotion in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Consumer Guarantees Act 1933 (NZ), Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), and applicable state and territory laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:
- Employees of Luno and their immediate family members
- Anyone living in the same household as a Luno employee
- Employees of any associated promotional partners or agencies

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEST on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM NZDT on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. The Promoter's server records will be the official timekeeper for this promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the Luno website and submit an entry through the pop-up giveaway form. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Each person is allowed one entry per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Luno reserves the right to verify all entry information and request supporting documentation (such as government-issued ID) to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification. Luno reserves the right to use fraud detection software and to investigate any entries suspected of being fraudulent, ineligible, or generated through automated means.

5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Luno Summer Sorted Bundle comprising:
- One (1) Luno Mattress (model and size at Promoter's discretion)
- One (1) Luno Packable Camp Pillow

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty beyond Luno's standard product warranty. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or gift card of equivalent value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period using a random selection mechanism. Luno will contact the winner via the email address or phone number provided in their entry form within seven (7) days of the Promotion Period end date. The winner has five (5) days from the date of initial contact to respond and confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Luno may, at its sole discretion, forfeit the prize or select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Once a winner has been confirmed and has accepted the prize, arrangements for delivery of the Mattress Bundle will be made within fourteen (14) business days. Delivery will be arranged to an address within Australia or New Zealand as specified by the winner. The winner is responsible for accepting delivery and any associated costs for goods that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the winner.

8. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & BINDING AGREEMENT
By submitting an entry to this promotion, entrants:
- Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety
- Acknowledge that they have read and understood all terms
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and location for promotional purposes (unless prohibited by law or unless they opt out)
- Represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
- Accept the prize as offered with no alterations or substitutions (except at Luno's discretion)
- Acknowledge that entry constitutes a legally binding agreement with Luno

Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.

9. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules
- Engages in any form of fraud, deception, or misconduct
- Submits multiple entries
- Is ineligible under Section 2
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Behaves inappropriately or harasses Promoter staff or associated persons

10. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Personal information collected through this promotion will be used in accordance with Luno's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws (Australian Privacy Principles in Australia; Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand). Information will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing communications as detailed in Section 10A below.

10A. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Luno, including but not limited to:
- Promotional emails about products, services, and special offers
- SMS and text message marketing (if phone number is provided)
- Direct mail marketing
- Social media communications and advertising
- Push notifications (if applicable)

Marketing communications will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided during entry. Entrants will receive marketing communications at a frequency determined by Luno, typically weekly or more frequently.

OPTING OUT OF MARKETING:
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email communication
- Replying "STOP" to SMS messages
- Contacting support@lunolife.com with their request to unsubscribe
- Updating their preferences on the Luno website

Please allow up to 10 business days for opt-out requests to be processed. Opting out of marketing does not affect your eligibility to win the promotion. Even if you opt out of marketing, Luno may still send you transactional communications related to the promotion, such as winner notification, prize fulfillment updates, and delivery information.

COMPLIANCE WITH PRIVACY LAWS:
Luno will handle all marketing consent and communications in compliance with:
- Australian Privacy Principles, particularly Principle 3 (Collection of Solicited Personal Information) and Principle 6 (Use and Disclosure)
- Spam Act 1998 (Cth) for electronic marketing in Australia
- Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and New Zealand's Electronic Commerce Regulations
- Other applicable data protection and privacy laws

Personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes without explicit consent. Luno may share aggregated, de-identified data with third-party analytics and marketing service providers to improve campaign performance and understand customer interests, but individual contact information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Luno is not liable for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries
- Technical errors or malfunctions in the entry process or website
- Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, entry submission, or prize fulfillment
- Any defect in the prize (subject to consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law)
- Delays in delivery or non-delivery of the prize due to circumstances beyond Luno's reasonable control (including but not limited to shipping delays, customs clearance, weather events, or carrier issues)
- Any injuries, losses, or damages that result from the use or enjoyment of the prize
- Any tax liabilities or costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize
- Claims arising from third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, shipping carriers, and email providers

The entrant assumes all risk associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The prize is delivered "as is" and Luno makes no representations or warranties beyond those required by law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luno, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:
- The entrant's participation in this promotion
- The entrant's violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Any claim that the entrant's entry infringes on any third-party rights
- Any injury or damage caused by the entrant or to the entrant as a result of the promotion
- The entrant's acceptance or use of the prize
- Any breach of law or regulation by the entrant

13. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1933 (NZ), or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). These statutory rights cannot be excluded. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Luno's liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited to the cost of resupply of the goods or services in question.

14. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any statutory obligations. If the promotion is cancelled, the Promoter will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RIGHTS
By entering this promotion, entrants grant Luno a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the entrant's name, image, likeness, location (suburb/city only), and entry information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants may opt out of promotional use by contacting support@lunolife.com, though they remain eligible to win.

16. RESULTS & PUBLICATION
The name of the winner will be published on the Luno website within seven (7) days of confirmation. Winners consent to the publication of their name, location (suburb/city only), and the prize won, unless they request otherwise in writing.

17. NO PLATFORM AFFILIATION
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with any social media platform, website, or third-party service through which it may be promoted. Entrants understand that they are entering a promotion conducted solely by Luno and release social media platforms and third-party services from any liability related to this promotion.

18. DISPUTES & RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding this promotion will be resolved by the Promoter in accordance with applicable law. Entrants agree that any legal action must be brought within twelve (12) months of the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter's interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final and binding.

19. CANCELLATION & SUSPENSION
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. If the promotion is cancelled, the Promoter will, at its sole discretion, either:
(a) Conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation, or
(b) Forfeit the prize with no liability to any entrant

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Luno's reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or force majeure events), Luno will have no obligation to award the prize or provide compensation to entrants.

20. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This promotion is void in any location where it is prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable federal, state, territory, and local laws and regulations.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, USA, except that:
- For Australian entrants, the Australian Consumer Law and applicable state/territory consumer protection laws apply
- For New Zealand entrants, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1933 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) apply

Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant state/territory (Australia) or New Zealand. Each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of these courts.

22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Luno regarding this promotion and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
