Luno “No-Excuses Summer” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The “No-Excuses Summer Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Luno Inc., 2789 NW Lolo Drive, Bend, OR 97703 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion will consist of three (3) monthly entry periods:

  • May 1 – May 31, 2026
  • June 1 – June 30, 2026
  • July 1 – July 31, 2026

Entries reset each month and do not carry over.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by submitting their email address and mobile phone number through the Luno website pop-up form during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly entry period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Luno digital gift card valued at $500 USD

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD per prize.

Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to Luno’s standard gift card terms.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period.

Winners will be contacted via email within five (5) days following the end of each monthly entry period.

7. Winner Response & Forfeiture

Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification.

If a selected winner:

  • Does not respond within the required timeframe, or
  • Is found to be ineligible

the prize may be forfeited.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either:

  • Select an alternate winner, or
  • Not award the forfeited prize

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
