When should I expect my order?

Please allow 1-2 days for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Any orders placed after 2pm PST will be fulfilled the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday with standard shipping will not be delivered until the following week. For special handling, rushed/next day shipment* or other custom delivery needs, please contact us at support@lunolife.com.

In addition to processing and fulfillment (1-2 days), please be aware of the shipping option you selected:

Domestic orders:
Free Shipping — 3-4 business days
UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day*
UPS Next Day Air Early — 1 business day*
UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days*
UPS 3 Day Select — 3 business days*

*For rushed/next day shipments, please contact us at support@lunolife.com to ensure your package arrives in time.

International Orders:
Final expedited shipping options will be dependent on time of processing and order placement, as well as delivery location.

Special fulfillment schedules will be active for holidays and promotions. Contact support@lunolife.com with questions. 

Note: For orders where “Free Shipping” is selected, we will process orders according to preferred carrier rates available. Shipping options may or may not include tracking numbers and expedited shipping depending on available rates at the time of processing.
